RForAll + website

Your information,
clearly explained.

This policy explains data processing in RForAll, its Community, and +3dB's public web forms.

1. Controller

Juan José Palacios, operating as +3dB, controls data processed directly for RForAll, support, and web moderation. Contact: jj.sonido@3db.uy, Montevideo, Uruguay. Apple separately processes information used by iCloud, CloudKit, and the App Store under its own terms.

2. Data we process

  • Content you choose to share: RF scans, antenna data, annotations, project titles, votes, and other user content.
  • Precise location: when you grant permission or share content linked to a location. A public scan may include location so it can appear on the map.
  • Optional contact details: name, email, telephone number, or other details you add to a publication or support request.
  • Identifiers and product interaction: CloudKit user and technical identifiers needed to associate publications, votes, blocks, and reports. We do not publicly display your Apple ID.
  • Web reports: content type and identifier, reason, details, platform, optional email, server-generated case ID, timestamps, status, and review deadline.

To prevent form abuse, we temporarily store a pseudonymous value derived from the connection. We do not store the raw IP address. The public site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. The private moderation area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.

3. How we use data

We use information to operate RForAll, publish content you choose to share, provide maps and Community features, prevent abuse, process reports, respond to support and privacy requests, and maintain service security. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Public Community content

Before publishing: Community is public. Scans, antenna information, annotations, project name, location, and contact details you include may be seen by other people.

Do not share home addresses, personal telephone numbers, credentials, or confidential client information. You can delete your own publications in RForAll or contact support.

5. Providers and transfers

RForAll uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit to store and synchronize Community content. This website and its report database use Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process data internationally under their own terms and safeguards. We may disclose data to comply with a valid legal obligation or to protect people and investigate abuse.

6. Retention

  • Community content: while published or needed to operate the service, until you delete it or request deletion, subject to legal requirements.
  • Reports: during review and up to 24 months after resolution.
  • Anti-abuse records: up to 24 hours.
  • Support communications: up to 24 months after closure unless longer retention is legally required.

Expired information is deleted or anonymized through periodic processes.

7. Security and children

We use reasonable access controls, validation, minimization, and encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security. RForAll and Community are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review and deletion.

8. Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing as provided by applicable law. Email jj.sonido@3db.uy. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and may request minimal information to verify your relationship to the data. You may also contact Uruguay's Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit or your local data protection authority.

9. Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. We will aim to notify users on this site or in RForAll before material changes take effect.
